Q. How do I get access to Advance?
A. You may request access by filling out and submitting an Account Form request. Please note that you will not receive security access until you have completed a training session and signed our Security and Confidentiality Policy agreement.
Q. How do I get access to an application within the Advancement Network?
A. You may request access by contacting Jonelle Thomson, Security Chair at jthomson@calpoly.edu or 6/5860. Please note that you will not receive security access until you have completed a training session and signed our Security and Confidentiality Policy agreement.
Q. What if I have technical problems with an application in the Advancement Network?
A. If you receive an application error while working in an Advancement Network application or need technical assistance, please contact Advancement Systems at advancement-systems@calpoly.edu.
