Advance Web

The Advance application is a complete database of Cal Poly's alumni, donors, and friends.
In support Cal Poly's advancement activities, authorized individuals can view and maintain
a wide range of data including biographic, gift, and prospect information.

To login, visit the Cal Poly Portal - in the "Single Click" portlet, click on "Advancement Web".

Security

Requests for new user accounts:

• A supervisor should approve or send an email to ud-datasystems@calpoly.edu.
• Include name and Cal Poly email address of new user.
• Include rights needed or name of someone with similar rights
  One of eleven roles will be assigned for areas of access and rights (update or read only) based on job duties.

  (1) save to your computer:
       right-click, select "Download Linked File"
  (2) double-click to uncompress the file
  (3) double-click to start a RDS session.
