A. There are a couple of situations that would cause your Advance account to lock, which include entering an incorrect password more than 5 times or allowing your password to expire. In either case, you must contact Craig Nelson at email@example.com or 6/1558.
A. Your Advance account expires 180 days from the date of your last password change. You will receive an e-mail notification weekly beginning 14 days prior to your password expiring which will provide you with your password expiration date. After that date, you will have a 10 day grace period which will allow you to continue logging in with your existing password.
